Donation for a Single Robe is $30 and donation for a set of Eight Monastic Requisites (Ata pirikara) is $50. You are also welcome to make a general donation for the ceremony. Checks should be made payable to “Pittsburgh Buddhist Center.”

Please signup below. Each Friday can be sponsored by 1 family / person. You can also invite monks to your home on a selected Friday evening for a blessing service.
Monks will visit your home and chant pirith with special Pattana desana (මහානුභාව සම්පන්න
පට්ඨාන දේශනාව සහිත පිරිත් ආශිර්වාදය). You can prepare a simple puja at home and offer
pirikara/requisites to monks.
Once you select the Friday to have chanting pirith please call 7249393911 to discuss details of the event at your home
